who we are
We are Berlin’s first catering service for original grilled specialties, meat and sausage products from Thuringia. And we offer beer from local traditional breweries.
As a retail salesman with roots in Thuringia, I have worked as a branch manager in wholesale, among other things. In the long run, however, this did not meet my expectations of taste and quality. Thuringia in particular has so much to offer in the way of good, hearty food. And that in excellent quality.
Through my own catering company, things are different, because I consider food with quality from natural and animal-friendly production to be a high good. Just like fair payment for those who preserve our traditional cuisine and thus a piece of our homeland. That’s why I don’t offer discount prices, but taste, quality and a clear conscience when you bite into your Thuringian bratwurst.
QUALITY
The supply is made by our reliable supplier. The meat comes from consistently species-appropriate husbandry on the mountain meadows of the Rennsteig. The products have high quality and are characterized by excellent taste.
“Roster” = designation of a Thuringian bratwurst that is usually roasted on a grill.
