Bread and rolls from the baker

According to the Central Association of the German Bakery Trade, one bakery closes every day – statistically speaking. There are only about 14,500 traditionally working farms left in Germany. Friends and connoisseurs of genuine baking tradition are thus increasingly faced with the question: Where can I find a good baker? Where can you find the best sourdough bread and the most delicious rolls?

Write us where your favorite baker is. In this way, they not only help lovers of traditional baked goods, but also the respective local bakery. Thanks a lot!

The bakery trade also wants to help customers find good bakeries. For this purpose, there is a website where examiners and quality criteria are presented. Just enter your zip code and hope that there is a match nearby.
