who we are
In the third generation we are active at the foot of the Thuringian Forest as a baker in good Thuringian tradition. A must in Thuringia: good cake. Master baker Steffen Stiebling missed it during a vacation trip. But an idea was born: cake that is freshly baked and sealed for a long time, without additives. Packed so that it can be taken on the road without problems. And does not require additional cooling.
After three years of tinkering and experimenting, the first cakes were ready for sale.
