Ingredients & Shopping list

  • 250 ml milk
  • 20 g starch flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch vanilla sugar ( make your own vanilla sugar )
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  • Separate the egg yolk from the egg white. Beat the egg whites until stiff and put both in the refrigerator.
  • Mix the starch flourwith 4 tablespoons of milk. 
  • Bring the milk, vanilla sugar, salt and sugar to the boil. Then take it off the stove.
  • Quickly stir in the starch mixture and put everything back on the stove. Bring to the boil again. Stir at the same time.
  • Remove from heat and fold in the egg yolk. Then carefully fold in the egg white.

Always mix as much as you want to use immediately.
