Bread is one of the typical German foods in Germany, especially because of its variety. Baking bread and rolls yourself has become more and more popular in recent years.
Reason also for a day of honor. At the end of April / beginning of May, the German bakery trade celebrates the Day of German Bread. The exact date will be determined each year.
