Who I am

From regional fresh fruits and flowers I produce fruit spreads, syrups, juices, liqueurs, rum pot. Quality and taste come first. For this purpose, the fruits are processed only freshly harvested. Thereby all products are strongly seasonal. Der Fruchtanteil der Fruchtaufstriche liegt meist bei 70%.

Some of the formulas were developed in-house, originated in the records of a convent of the Borromean nuns, or were simply passed down orally.

👉 The products are not available online, but only through delis or my market stall. Please have understanding for this. However, a short trip to Brandenburg is always worthwhile. And you get a nice chat for free.
