This coffee cream is a fine coffee blend of six different varieties: Vietnam Robusta, Costa Rica Arabica, India Arabica, Brazil Arabica, Tanzania Arabica, Guatemala Arabica

The beans are roasted single variety, only then the coffee cream is blended. The coffee is gently roasted in a drum roaster, at about 200 degrees.
