Pumpkin seed oil from Baden
Pumpkin seed oil is made from the roasted seeds of oil pumpkins. The taste is nutty, with intense inherent flavor, highly aromatic and a very dark color. It is very suitable for example for salads or also on desserts. After dressing a cream of carrot soup, a few drops of pumpkin seed oil give the soup a spicy flavor.
The oil cannot be used as a frying oil.
