Oven terrine Baeckoffe
Baeckoeffe is a traditional stew. For this, beef, lamb and pork are usually marinated together with various vegetables in a dry white wine. Then everything comes in the oven for 2 to 3 hours.
The name Baeckoffe is derived from the baker’s oven, in which the dish was traditionally cooked in the residual heat.
