Anchovy butter
- 2 tbsp butter (soft)
- 1 tsp inely chopped anchovies
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel (organic lemon)
- 2-3 drops lemon
- some turmeric for coloring
Chives cream cheese
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 tbsp finely chopped chives or garlic
Spicy tomato cream
- 2 tbso tomato paste
- 2 dried tomatoes
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 shallot
- 1-2 tbsp cream cheese
- salt
- 3 springs fresh basil
Preparation
Anchovy butter
- Beat the soft butter until frothy.
- Add the anchovy pieces, lemon and salt by hand.
- If you want the butter to be nice and yellow, add some turmeric (turmeric). This does not change the taste.
Spicy tomato cream
- Slowly roast the sunflower seeds in the pan. Roughly chop the garlic and shallots and add them. Don't get a tan. Only the aroma should be absorbed.
- Put everything in a bowl. Let cool down slightly. Add all other ingredients except for the cream cheese and puree with the hand blender.
- Spread the cream with olive or rapeseed oil or mix it with the cream cheese.
- Put in the refrigerator before further use.
Tips & Hints
The fillings can be used in many ways. Leftovers are also good as a spread.
