Ingredients & Shopping list

Anchovy butter

  • 2 tbsp butter (soft)
  • 1 tsp inely chopped anchovies
  • 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel (organic lemon)
  • 2-3 drops lemon
  • some turmeric for coloring

Chives cream cheese

  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped chives or garlic

Spicy tomato cream

  • 2 tbso tomato paste
  • 2 dried tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 shallot
  • 1-2 tbsp cream cheese
  • salt
  • 3 springs fresh basil

Preparation

Anchovy butter

  • Beat the soft butter until frothy.

  • Add the anchovy pieces, lemon and salt by hand.
  • If you want the butter to be nice and yellow, add some turmeric (turmeric). This does not change the taste.

Chives cream cheese

  • Mix the cream cheese evenly with the chives by hand.

Spicy tomato cream

  • Slowly roast the sunflower seeds in the pan. Roughly chop the garlic and shallots and add them. Don't get a tan. Only the aroma should be absorbed.

  • Put everything in a bowl. Let cool down slightly. Add all other ingredients except for the cream cheese and puree with the hand blender.
  • Spread the cream with olive or rapeseed oil or mix it with the cream cheese.
  • Put in the refrigerator before further use.

Tips & Hints

The fillings can be used in many ways. Leftovers are also good as a spread.
