- 50 g butter

Preparation
Raspberry cream cheese cream
- Put the fresh or thawed raspberries through a sieve so that only the fruit pulp remains.
- Bring agar agar to the boil in the water according to the instructions. Mix with 3 tablespoons of cream cheese and add to the rest of the cream cheese. Mix everything well by hand.
