Ingredients
500gminced beef
500gminced pork
2rolls soaked in water or milk
1egg
salt, pepper, nutmeg
1onion
100gdiced pork belly (to taste)

3hard-boiled eggs (peeled)
Instructions
Squeeze out the rolls well. Peel the onion and chop finely.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
