Instructions
Boil potatoes until soft, mash and season with butter, milk, nutmeg and salt to make mashed potatoes.
Peel and core the apples and cook them with sugar, lemon juice and a little water until soft. Mash them and mix with the mashed potatoes. Or keep them separate.
Peel the shallots, cut them into rings and roast them in the pan with the lard. Fry the black pudding in it.
