Whisk the milk, eggs and salt together. Then fold in the flour and stir everything until an even dough is formed.
Put the fat in the pan and let it get hot. Put the batter in the pan as thinly as possible. Bake on one side. Turn the pancake over. While the 2nd side is being baked, tear everything into thin strips with a spoon and fork. Then shred them further.
Bake the small pieces until they are crispy. Process the whole dough in this way.
Tipps & Hinweise
Chartzete got their name from scratching like a hen. So the pancake should get torn / scratched in the pan.
