200graw sauerkraut
40gbutter
600mlbroth
35gflour
1tspchopped caraway seeds
1cupsour cream
Salt, pepper, sugar (to taste)
Instructions
Pour the broth into a pot. Chop the sauerkraut a few times and add to the broth.
Cook everything over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes.
In a pan, make a light roux with butter and flour. (Melt the butter and stir in the flour). Add the roux to the soup. Stir constantly to thicken the soup.
Add the caraway seeds and sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
