Instructions
Yeast dough
Mix all ingredients into a dough and let rise for 1 hour. The dough should approximately double in size.
Covering
Cook a porridge from milk, semolina and salt. Let this cool down.
Peel and coarsely grate the onions. Sauté in the oil with a pinch of salt until translucent.
Onion Tart
Roll out dough to a sheet size and let rise for another 15 minutes. Spread the porridge on the dough. Spread the steamed onions evenly on top.
Mix the egg with the 250 ml of milk and pour over the onions. Finally sprinkle the caraway seeds on top.
