Recipe for savory fillings for mini cream puffs

Instructions
Anchovy butter
Beat the soft butter until frothy.
Add the anchovy pieces, lemon and salt by hand.
If you want the butter to be nice and yellow, add some turmeric (turmeric). This does not change the taste.
Chives cream cheese
Mix the cream cheese evenly with the chives by hand.
Spicy tomato cream
Slowly roast the sunflower seeds in the pan. Roughly chop the garlic and shallots and add them. Don't get a tan. Only the aroma should be absorbed.
Put everything in a bowl. Let cool down slightly. Add all other ingredients except for the cream cheese and puree with the hand blender.
Spread the cream with olive or rapeseed oil or mix it with the cream cheese.
Put in the refrigerator before further use.

The fillings can be used in many ways. Leftovers are also good as a spread.
