Ingredients

lean smoked bacon

butter (or oil for frying)

meat broth

Wine vinegar
salt, pepper, nutmeg (for seasoning)
Instructions
Finely dice the smoked bacon and onions.
In a skillet, render butter or bacon hot and sauté onions and smoked bacon.
Add the flour and prepare a golden roux.
Add the meat broth and sour cream. Stir constantly. Simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Season the sauce with salt, pepper and freshly grated Musakat and season to taste.
Tipps & Hinweise
Decorate with finely chopped chives. Serve the Berliner Beamtenstippe with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.
