Clean the onion and leek. Cut the onions into strips and the leek into rings.
Dice the lean bacon and leave it in the heated cooking oil. Add the leek and onions and sweat well. Add the garlic and chives rolls.
Let everything cool down.
In the meantime, grate the cheese. Beat the eggs and mix with the spices. Pour into the cooled mass and stir everything evenly.
Lightly toast the bread slices and brush evenly with the mixture.
Baked in the grill until crispy.
